A. This product is exclusive to salons and is not available for general sale.

If you would like to purchase, please contact the salon directly.

Please note that this site does not introduce sales salons.
Please be aware of this.

A. Thank you for your interest in Medistique.
Sorry, we do not currently have any trials or samples available.
There are also retailers that sell the products individually, so we will be happy to introduce you to some if you are interested.
Please consider it.

Once your application has been rejected, we will not accept reapplications.

*We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, so our staff will check and reply on the next business day.

・The email address will be the same as the one you entered when applying.
Your password will be set by you using the link in the "Password Setting" email that will be sent to you after you pass the screening .

・The email will be sent from "info@medichouthiq.com".

- Please set up your email to receive emails from "info@medichouthiq.com".

You can resend the email.
Please send a message to the chat saying "I would like to have my email resent."

・Please check carefully that the email address you entered is correct.

If you have checked all of the above and your issue is still not resolved, please contact us via our chatbot.

・If you paid by bank transfer, have you sent us a photo of the bank transfer details? (We cannot proceed until we have confirmed this.)

- We do not deliver on weekends or public holidays (year-end and New Year holidays).
