Conditions for completing bank transfer payment
After payment, please use the chatbot at the bottom right of the screen.
Once you have sent us the transfer details, the payment will be completed.

STEP 3
Upload a photo
You can upload images using the image icon.
STEP 4
Enter your information → Tap [Start chat]
- First name and last name
- Email address ⚠️Note: Please be sure to enter the email address you used to purchase or log in. We will verify your identity with your email address.
If they are different, we may need time to verify and we may not be able to proceed with delivery.

STEP 5
The information from STEP 4 will be compared with the purchase information. If there are no problems, the payment is complete.
